IMPACT-Ready: Designing Programs Funders Want to Fund
Virtual Workshop | Wednesday, August 19, 12:00-1:30pm ET
About the Workshop
In observance of National Nonprofit Day, you're invited to a hands-on workshop developed for nonprofit organization leaders and staff who want to create programs that are community informed and increase funding chances.
Using HEI's IMPACT Framework for Equity-Centered Program Development and Evaluation you'll leave the workshop equipped with tools to design, structure, and evaluate programs that are community-led, authentically serve priority populations, and demonstrate equitable impact to funders.

By the end of this workshop you'll:
-
Understand how to design community programs that are community-informed, culturally responsive, and equity-centered using the IMPACT Framework six-step process
-
Understand the importance of developing programs that are equity-inclusive using the IMPACT Framework's Equity-Centered Logic Model
-
Become familiar with using the IMPACT Framework's Equity-Centered Evaluation Rubric to assess how well a program is reaching priority populations and advancing equitable outcomes.
