Sephara Pierre, MPH
Project Associate

Sephara Pierre is a public health professional with a strong interest in equity-centered solution design, program evaluation, and people-centered research. She holds a Master of Public Health in Health Behavior from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where her training emphasized mixed-methods research, community-engaged evaluation, and applying theory to real-world public health challenges. Sephara is passionate about supporting organizations in building capacity to design, implement, and evaluate programs that improve outcomes for historically marginalized communities.
Sephara has experience working on community-based and government-partnered projects focused on behavioral health, substance use, and organizational health equity. She values thoughtful collaboration and centering community voices throughout the project lifecycle. Outside of work, Sephara enjoys catching up on her favorite TV shows, exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, staying active, and spending time with the people who make up her village. She is excited to grow as a consultant and contribute to HEI | PDE Public Health Consulting’s mission of advancing healthier, more just communities.
